This 2-story FineMark bank building will be located in an outparcel at the Brooks Town Center and complies with the Estero Design Guidelines for Mediterranean style architecture. The building was designed with two main facades: The main entry faces Three Oaks Parkway with a high portico that welcomes the visitor from the main parking area into the 2 story lobby that features a vaulted ceiling and a row of wood clad pilasters. The south façade addresses Coconut Road with a secondary high element and a colonnade that leads to the front door.Simple but sophisticated classical elements define the exterior architecture and are also carried to the interior spaces. The two- story lobby with colonnade and vaulted ceiling reinforces the image of a well established banking institution. Wood paneling on columns and pilasters, travertine floors with wood inserts, well designed lighting, and soft wall tones, achieve an image of grandeur.

North Bay Village

North Bay Village is a mixed-use commercial complex which houses a stand-alone, 60,000 square foot Robb and Stucky furniture store as well as a three story office/retail building. Designed in the Mediterranean-revival style, the 62,000 square foot office/retail facility has retail space on the ground floor and two floors of office space above. The project was developed by Pelican Bay Development. The developer has located their corporate offices at North Bay Village.

Bonita Commons

Bonita Commons is a 61,000 square foot specialty shopping center. The building consists of three large regional retail anchors connected by smaller, local retail shops. From a design standpoint, it was important that the large anchors read as individual stores, but that they would not overpower the image of the entire center. This was accomplished through the use of contrasting building forms, connecting tower elements, and material and pattern usage.One of the biggest design challenges was found in positioning a linear building, that required maximum frontage on Tamiami Trail, on a difficult wedge-shaped site, while maintaining traffic flow and meeting parking requirements. The design solution met and exceeded both the countys legal requirements and the developers identified purposes and needs.
