The fenced 3-acre site accommodates a 27,311 SF storage and manufacturing facility with 3 loading bays, offices, a large, paved exhibition space for built products, with employee and exclusive customer parking. The site is beautifully landscaped and professionally maintained, greatly improving the streetscape of the otherwise utilitarian environs.
The premanufactured metal building was organized through close cooperation with the owner team, resulting in an efficient and commodious layout for offices and break rooms as well as bathroom and housekeeping facilities. The conditioned spaces are thermally and acoustically insulated to appropriate levels and are finished with select surface materials and colors agreed upon by the client.
