The new Bailey’s Market project consists of both new and renovated spaces encompassing the entire block on which the original structure stood. 5 new buildings include the main grocery store (35k sq. ft.), 2 outparcel stores (6k sq.ft. each), an office building (6k sq.ft.), and a restaurant (5,300 sq. ft.). An existing gas station to be renovated is 1,583 sq.ft. for a total of 59, 883 sq. ft. in total for the project. The completion timeline for the entire project will stretch beyond 2027. The architectural style is commercial Coastal, employing a combination of tilt-up panels and structural masonry with a stucco finish and standing seam metal hip roofs. Subtractive storefront entries with railed colonnades above are present also, with pastel colors and native landscaping completing the presentation.
