Located on the beautiful back bay of Fort Myers Beach, within the newly developed Snook Bight Yacht Club and Marina, Bay Front Bistro offers a beautiful waterfront dining experience at Fort Myers Beach’s premier location.
The restaurant occupies 4,800 sq ft on the second floor of the marina and also enjoys expansive views of the river.
The success of this interior build-out was determined by our ability to define and facilitate a transition– spatial, visual, even conceptual. Unique in approach, GMA Architects met the client’s needs via spatial arrangements, material, colors and lights.
The design call for a rich juxtaposition of colors and materials making the space sophisticated offering privacy. It includes wood flooring, granite counter top and tinted glass. The interior space is divided into a set of rooms that are all open to one another, while still maintaining their own identity. The space floor plan includes a commercial grade kitchen, indoor/outdoor bar/lobby and outdoor covered dining areas. Our close collaboration with the owner representative contributed to making this a successful project both in terms of the design and business model.
