The Billy Bowlegs Community Center is a stucco and metal-clad PEMB with postmodern and Coastal influences. A barrel roofed entry portico with flat side wings dominates the main entry, with a deep shed roofed colonnade covering one side of the rectangular structure. Flat ochre and sand tones prevail with white entry doors and white metal panels above the ceiling line. A dark water table and expansion joints moderate the wall planes. The interior consists of 11 meeting rooms, a large multi-purpose room, an office, restrooms, and support spaces.
