The building includes space for the executive offices, administration, lending, wealth management, training and human resources. The building is prominently located on the southwest quadrant of the I-75 and Daniels Road interchange. The building design reflects the deep southern roots of Colonial Bank, with traditional proportions and colonnade references. The Interior spaces have a strong relationship to the outdoors via clerestory windows and appropriately placed vertical bands of glass which will reflect high intensity light exposure.
