GMA Architects and Planners (GMA) have been assisting Enterprise Holdings with their existing and new facilities Southwest Florida since 2009. Working with our corporate partners, GMA was able to interpret the new standard Enterprise prototype using locally available construction materials.
The interior of the 6,100 ft? Sales Center is bathed in natural light which is drawn deep into the space by the use of glass cubicle enclosures at the front facade and floor to ceiling storefront walls in the private offices. Vibrant colors and patterns provide a welcoming yet energetic atmosphere. The flexible break room accommodates training sessions as well as encouraging employee interaction. The east wall of the sales area is full height storefront overlooking an open-air ?Celebration Room? where customers are introduced to their new purchase.
In keeping with the Enterprise Corporate standard, the exterior is primarily constructed of split face masonry. Horizontal banding gives the building interest and scale. Attention is drawn to the entrance by the use of composite aluminum panels. Aluminum sunshades add a modern/contemporary design element and a roofline cornice provides a classic touch.
Large graphics featuring the Enterprise corporate logo and iconic color accentuate the branding on the interior and exterior rounding out the intended effect.
