Enterprise Holdings Company’s newest Enterprise Rent-A-Car sales location in Sanford, which will house multiple operations, namely car and truck rentals.
The new 7,942-square-foot facility is located at 4316 W. State Road 46 in Sanford. The design included a main lobby and office spaces, which service the car sales floor. The main building structure is a steel frame with light gauge exterior metal framing. On the exterior, large canopies protect clients from weather at the drop-off and pick-up areas. Additionally, part of the facility accommodates a car and truck washing facility with areas for detailing. The new location is also equipped with several electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
GMA Architects has worked with Enterprise for over 15 years, completing designs for several of its Florida facilities including the award-winning Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sales Center in Fort Myers, which earned the recognition of Best Office & Retail in the $0-$1.9 million project category from the Lee Building Industry Association in 2019.
