The Estero 4.2 New Gray Shell project is one of two structures on this parcel designed by GMA Architects and Planners. This shell is ‘L’ shaped and faces both streets forming the corner. The presentation is the required Estero Mediterranean, with barrel tile hip roof, wide deep eaves, light earthtone stucco and flat window awnings and dark metal storefront. Entrances are covered, and the parapet is broken by bump up/out pilasters and sections of the facades. Interior buildout is at the discretion of the tenant and may or may not be a part of future work by GMA.
