The final two of four commercial shell buildings, Buildings D and E complete the commercial frontage blocks at Fruitville Commons. Located east of I-75 at Fruitville Road, Fruitville Commons is a development of luxury apartments including commercial, retail and office spaces intended to serve this community.
Building D is divided into three units providing a total of 7,223 square feet of leasable area. Building E, totaling 7,967 square feet of leasable space, is divided into four units. The levels of interior finish vary from gray shell to a “white box” per tenant requirements. Building E also provides a covered outdoor area accessible to the plaza shared by these two buildings.
Elements utilized in the first two buildings are continued throughout buildings D and E providing a common language yet allowing variations between the buildings. Stucco details, materials, use of color and elements such as awnings and pilasters vary the mass of the buildings and creates depth within the facades. By maximizing the glazing, all of the tenant spaces receive natural light and are provided with visibility to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
