A new retail facility was designed and executed for Goodwill at the corner of Pine Island Road and Chiquita Blvd South. The modern design features white stucco over a dark plinth, with a donation drop-off area and 2 loading bays. Metal roof canopies and covered main entry protect patrons upon entry and exit. Inside, shoppers are greeted with polished concrete floors and LED lighting, with floor gondolas and signage indicating various merchandise. Changing rooms, restrooms, and a community outreach office complete the public spaces. Storage, loading bays, fire riser, electrical rooms and janitorial area are separated behind a demising wall. GMA provided Design and Construction Administration services for this project.
