Goodwill is an innovative, progressive, and forward thinking company. They have in place a cross department sustainability team dedicated to identifying and implementing sustainable practices company wide. This project was registered to achieve Florida Green Building Coalition Certification. In addition of multiple energy and water conserving strategies, existing vegetation was re-planted on the site and is partially irrigated utilizing captured rain water and air conditioning condensate. Natural light illuminates interior spaces, automatically diming the electric lighting when not required.
