At complete build-out, Stock Plaza will provide nearly 65,000 sq. ft. of mixed retail, office, and restaurant space on a five building campus. Developed by Stock Development, and including their relocated real estate office, the project is situated in a prominent location on Collier Boulevard at the entrance to the exclusive Lely Resort community. The recently completed Phase I includes the first two buildings and over 22,775 sq. ft. of finished construction. Rentals have been brisk and additional phases are projected to begin shortly.
All buildings use the same modern architectural style, but the undulating facades, size diversity, and building separations create a streetscape effect adding visual interest to the project. Each structure includes unique massing elements that enhance this illusion. Ceramic tile cladding at key points of entry draw the eye and create an overall unifying component. There are also outdoor restaurant spaces which add to the sense of constant motion and activity. Currently, the nearest shopping area to the project is located over a mile and a half away at the intersection of two major arteries. The connectivity to this eclectic mix of basic services is intended to provide a much needed service amenity and gathering point for Lely residents in a more relaxed environment.
