Physicians Primary Care located inside the Houck Medical Building was a grey shell build-out.
GMA worked closely with the client to ensure code compliance and usability, designing spaces and functions to suit, the practice holds two businesses within the location, a pediatrics’ care, as well as an adult physician’s care office, fourteen exam rooms, four doctor’s offices, wellness and nurse practitioner’s offices plus manager, financial and clinical offices are included. A check-in/out area, waiting room, IT closet, several corridors, and all restrooms and janitorial rooms are included. Complete lighting, flooring, wall finishes and doors were included. GMA also bore responsibility for construction contract administration throughout the project.
