MarineMax Yachts is located at 525 Fifth Ave. S in Naples FL. GMA received interior sketches for a proposed refit of an existing tenant space. The compressed timetable for this project meant separating the contract into 2 pieces, one for an expedited permit process, then a much more in depth design for the deliverable.
The interior layout accommodates 3 agent offices, along with a lobby, conference room, seated waiting, restroom, storage room, and a lounge. The ceiling is a mix of suspended lay in tile clouds with painted structure above, and hard lid – some areas having recessed, ashlar laid drop in tiles. Interior wall finishes include slate, glass and mosaic wall tiles along with zero VOC latex field and accent paints. Gass partitions and public corridor wall keep the mood light and open.
