Park Regency is a 119 unit Senior Care Complex composed of 89 senior living residences and 30 memory care residences. The total building is composed of a two and three story structure that houses the Senior Living spaces and one story spaces that houses the recreational areas and Alzheimer’s wing. Park Regency also includes a large front lobby, full kitchen, dining areas, exercise rooms, laundry, employee facilities, administrative offices, maintenance areas and two courtyards.
The structure is designed with a ground floor concrete (on grade) slab with each floor and roof using 8” hollow core slabs. These structural slabs are placed on the exterior walls and grid of steel columns and beams.
The HVAC system allows for the control of temperature in each unit and public spaces. The mechanical system includes code required supply and return air using a percentage of outside air. There are compressors on the roof that feed individual units and the public spaces.
The facades have a residential look provided by the movement of the building, balconies and tile roofs.
