Pediatric Orthopedics is a medical practice which specializes in the treatment of children with severe orthopedic problems.
The design was intended to reflect the philosophy of the practice which is to celebrate success. Many young patients undergo lengthy cycles of surgery, physical therapy, prosthetic fitting and replacement, ultimately leading to recovery.
Patients, their families, medical staff and doctors bond as a team and extended family. They cheer each other on and support successes and setbacks.
The challenge of creating this open collaborating atmosphere while protecting patient privacy resulted in a unique, uplifting healthcare environment.
