Pelican Landing is a residential community in the Bonita Springs area. GMA Architects designed the clubhouse, exercise area, grille and administrative spaces and subsequently added community spaces and an aerobics room.
The community room has well placed “movable partitions” in order to provide flexibility to the space. The “community room” can be divided into three large rooms with a pre-function lobby and two large conference rooms.
The exercise area is accessed through card readers so it is available to residents 24 hours a day.
