Having worked on a few of the Phelan Family Brands restaurants, we understand the role architecture has with a company’s brand and identity. The design intent was to create a modern corporate image while incorporating the Phelan Family’s history, values and company outlook.
The program for this project was to repurpose an existing, 10,200 square foot building for the Phelan Family Brands Headquarters. Exterior modifications included a new entry, updating the primary facades, new fenestration, a new color palette and exterior lighting.
Previously this building was divided into eight office suites. The suites were demolished and a new layout was designed to accommodate the client’s current needs but also provide spaces for future growth. This layout includes a new lobby and reception area, a conference room, private offices, break room and a large storage area.
Ceilings were replaced throughout and a wood grille system enhance the entry, reception and conference room. New interior finishes, color palette and millwork were also specified. Mechanical systems, power and interior lighting were also replaced to complete this renovation.
