The revival of the Safe Harbor Port Phoenix Marina will be a major contribution to the North Fort Myers Caloosahatchee riverfront. These all new complexes will feature a marina with a Harbor Master’s office and ship store, a large boathouse with accompanying maintenance and repair services, and a restaurant and entertainment venue.

In the northeast corner of the 7-acre lot adjacent to the marina and causeway, the Harbor Master and Ship Store will be located. This elevated structure features typical Coastal features including a stacked hip roof which covers the main building and forms a fully covered wrap around porch accommodating commanding views in all directions. The similarly appointed restaurant will be located on the southeast corner of the site, catching the harbor inlet and river views. The centrally located multistory boathouse with dual boat lifts, repair shop and client lounge dominate the center of the lot, with the remaining westerly marina frontage being occupied by parking and landscape islands.
