Quality Cabinets is a 19,800 sq. ft. industrial flex building located at 7869 Drew Circle. The building accommodates office and display space for Quality Cabinets and a shop facility for their operation. The office space is approximately 3,400 sq. ft. with facilities for administrative staff and production staff.
The design accommodates two additional suites for future leasable space. The construction type was concrete tilt-up panels with steel bar joist and steel roof deck. These systems expedited the construction on type substantially. Revels on the panel created an articulation that provided opportunities for a dimensional color scheme.
