The scope of work consisted of a full renovation of the second floor of the Quarry Golf Clubhouse +/- 41,000 Sq. Ft. building. A new semi-attached pro-shop and restroom building was added to the existing building. Because of the project complexity and the owners seasonal schedule the project was divided into three phases.
Phase I– Design and construction of new pro-shop and restroom facility with exterior access.
Phase II– Re-purpose of previous pro-shop as a new bistro with indoor/outdoor bar. This phase included a full new kitchen, upgrades of cart room, lockers, restroom and administrative offices and main lobby.
Phase III– Re-design of main dining room, outdoor deck and re-design of outdoor/indoor bar and restrooms.
GMA provided full construction administration services throughout the construction phase and CO certification.
