Seed & Bean Market is a vibrant café and restaurant tenant improvement located at the corner of Cape Coral Parkway and SE 47th Terrace in Cape Coral, Florida. The project consists of the interior build-out of approximately 2,800 square feet within a newly constructed shell building provided by the landlord. Designed as a lively community gathering space, the restaurant blends modern café culture with a relaxed, nature-inspired atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Southwest Florida.
GMA Architects & Planners worked in coordination with the landlord’s shell building architect to integrate the tenant improvement with the base building infrastructure. This coordination included exterior storefront elevations, utility connections, demising partitions, and kitchen and bar layout integration, ensuring the restaurant’s operational needs were seamlessly incorporated into the building shell. Additional planning addressed the integration of display and merchandise areas, flexible seating arrangements, and customer circulation to support both dining and retail components of the space.
The interior environment features high ceilings, natural materials, and vibrant design elements that create an engaging dining experience. A large custom mural and living green wall installations serve as focal points within the dining area, reinforcing the brand’s connection to nature and fresh ingredients. Warm wood finishes, open seating configurations, and contemporary lighting contribute to a welcoming environment that accommodates both casual dining and social gatherings.
