As part of their “Crowne Plaza’” designation, this local hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. Shoeless Joe’s Sports bar, a popular after hours gathering and the hotel’s main dining area was top priority.
Originally a completely open restaurant/bar, the management desired a more flexible space with a separate breakfast area and a private dining and conference room.
The brightest area along the lobby windows was reconfigured as the breakfast room and separated from the main dining by a folding glass wall. The entire space was transformed using warm hues with bright red accents, stripped 2 tone wood floors, and signature light pendants. Multiple lighting systems allow the room to be transform into the desired ambience.
The central bar area features sparkling red glass mosaic tiles and rich wood veneers on the floor and counter walls. An extensive collection of sports memorabilia continues to be the focal theme and is displayed along walls and built-in displays.
