The Shops on Pine Island project consists of two similar “grey shell” structures located in close proximity at the intersection of Del Prado Blvd. and Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. Pine Island Road has experienced a recent boom in development and Del Prado is the traditional North/South connector through the city.
The clean modern lines and undulating facades present a stark contrast to the surrounding traditional strip mall and national chain architecture. At 11,790 ft², Building “A” is envisioned to house five retail or restaurant spaces varying in size from 1,400 ft² to 3,750 ft² and includes an exterior covered patio. Its 12,000 ft² sister, Building “B” anticipates another four retail spaces ranging from 1,600 ft² to 4,500 ft². An inviting shaded Colonnade shelters entrances on both buildings.
