Located in an industrial environment park development the client’s goal was to provide affordable office and warehouse space for his growing business combined with some flexible rental space.
The client’s desire was also to incorporate some architectural and lighting design without compromising the budget.
The result is a 9,600 square foot metal building with masonry fronts where a composition of stucco reveals, control joints, and storefront panels to create the simple architectural appeal.
Selected light fixtures are showcased throughout the exterior and interior of the building.
