A project for a gray shell Zip Drive Flex Industrial Building was awarded to GMA, located at 5621, 31 and 41 Zip Drive in Fort Myers, FL. The structure was to have both warehouse and office spaces, be of tilt up panel construction with TPO roofing, and be rated for all applicable wind and impact codes for the site location. GMA provided Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document, Permitting, and Contract Administrations services for this successful light industrial project.
